We specialize in the supply, installation, modernization, and maintenance of elevators and escalators across diverse sectors, including residential and commercial properties, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, universities, and government institutions. Job Purpose: To oversee day-to-day field operations, installation and maintenance of elevator systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely and to international standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise installation, commissioning and servicing of elevators at various sites2. Conduct site surveys, measurements and prepare field reports3. Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults on elevators and escalators4. Manage field technicians and subcontractors5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards6. Prepare daily work progress reports, material requisitions and job completion certificates7. Liaise with clients, main contractors and suppliers8. Maintain stock of critical spares and tools Qualifications & Requirements: · Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering· Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in elevator installation and maintenance· Must be registered with EIZ and have valid practicing certificate· Strong knowledge of elevator control systems, VVVF drives and safety circuits· Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings· Willing to work at heights, weekends and on call for breakdowns
