Job Title: External Consultant Job Location: Zimba Company Name: Kabanga Sub District Women’s Association Job Description: To equip participants with practical skills to mobilize resources, manage finances accountably, plan strategically, and meet donor requirements. Qualification & Experience Required: Master’s degree in development studies, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or related field. Bachelor’s with 10+ years experience will be considered. Minimum 7 years proven experience facilitating similar trainings for NGOs Proven track record in successful proposal writing with evidence of proposals funded Strong knowledge of donor compliance and financial management for non-profits Excellent facilitation and communication skills Member of relevant professional body is an added advantage 3 references and sample training materials from previous assignments How To Apply: Interested consultants should submit the following information to zimbadwda@gmail.com Technical proposal (max 3 pages) including understanding of ToR and methodology, Financial proposal (consultancy fee per day, inclusive of withholding tax) ,Updated CV and At least 2 sample reports or training materials from similar work Closing Date: 28th October 2026Requirements
