AFRO EGYPT ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED — JOB VACANCY: DRIVER 🔴 Location: Lusaka, Zambia | Position: Driver (Full Time) Afro Egypt Engineering Company Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and disciplined individuals for the position of Driver based in Lusaka. Minimum Requirements: Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent secondary school qualification. Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence appropriate for the class/category of vehicle to be driven. Defensive driving certification is an added advantage. Good working knowledge of Zambian road networks, route planning, and national traffic regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, early mornings, evenings, and travel out of station when required. Clean, responsible, and accident-free driving record. Must be reliable, punctual, sober, and physically fit. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate company vehicles for official business, staff transport, and equipment/materials delivery. Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fluid levels, tyre pressure, brakes, lights) and report maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage tracking, and fuel consumption records. Ensure vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and maintained in compliance with road safety standards.
