Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to champion our brand storytelling, drive digital campaigns, manage online community engagement, and amplify our entrepreneurial programs across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
Create engaging written, graphic, and video content that aligns with BongoHive’s mission and brand identity.
Manage community engagement across digital channels, responding promptly to inquiries and fostering active online discussions.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, web traffic) to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with program managers to market hackathons, acceleration cohorts, workshops, and corporate innovation projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Communications, Public Relations, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or digital brand campaigns.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools, social media scheduling platforms, and content design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong written English and verbal communication skills.
Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation in Zambia.
