CHOPPIES – JOB VACANCY Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Location: Makeni Bonaventure, Lusaka, Zambia Closing Date: 22 October 2026 Responsibilities To provide efficient, quality customer retention and service. Data Entry: Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, or ERP/CRM systems. Verification: Review and validate entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Record Maintenance: Organise and maintain both digital and physical files. Reconciliation: Match invoices, purchase orders, or shipment logs to ensure data integrity. Reporting: Generate routine reports highlighting missing records, exceptions, or throughput metrics. Confidentiality: Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols. Education and Experience Grade 12 school certificate. Computer certificate or a diploma in computer studies. Diploma in Purchasing and Supply is an added advantage. 1–2 years of experience in data management. Basic knowledge of data analysis. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Candidates should be medically fit. Skills, Abilities and Requirements Basic maths skills. Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Excel. Honesty and trustworthiness. Age requirement: Usually 18+ in Zambia. Additional Requirements Physical Examination Required: Medical Report and Police Clearance.
