Key Responsibilities: Wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchen pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and bar glassware promptly. Keep restaurant dining areas, restrooms, corridors, and exterior spaces clean and sanitized throughout the shift. Safely dispose of trash, recycling, and kitchen food waste in accordance with health protocols. Deep-clean kitchen surfaces, floors, dishwashers, and storage areas at opening and closing times. Candidate Profile: Dependable, hardworking, energetic, and takes pride in a clean and safe work environment. Good understanding of hygiene standards and sanitation chemical safety.
