JOB OPPORTUNITY – CHEFMika Lodge Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of CHEF.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present quality meals in line with established standards.- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.- Ensure proper food storage and minimise wastage.- Monitor kitchen stock and report shortages.- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.Qualifications and Requirements:- Grade 12 Certificate.- Certificate or Diploma in Food Production/Culinary Arts.- Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work under pressure.Reporting To: Sous Chef.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their applications and detailed CVs to recruitment@mikahotels.com.Closing Date: 15th November 2026.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
