EBONY GARDENS AND CLUB EBONY — JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Position: Cashiers Establishment: Ebony Gardens and Club Ebony Location: 31 Pamo Avenue, Parklands, Kitwe, Copperbelt Province, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Closing Date: 6th November 2026 Overview: Ebony Gardens and Club Ebony, a premier hospitality and entertainment establishment in Kitwe, is seeking honest, sharp, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate billing, and ensuring exceptional customer care at our points of sale. Key Responsibilities: Accurately receive and process cash, mobile money, and electronic card payments from patrons. Issue official receipts, bills, and change accurately and promptly. Balance the cash register and reconcile daily sales figures at the start and end of shifts. Maintain high integrity and accountability in all financial handling. Collaborate seamlessly with waitresses, bartenders, and supervisors to deliver smooth guest service. Requirements: Must have a Full Grade 12 Certificate. Must be self-driven, motivated, and dependable. High level of honesty, integrity, and basic numeracy skills. Good verbal communication and polite customer service demeanor. Previous experience as a cashier in hospitality or retail is an added advantage.
