Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards. Ideal Candidate Profile Smart, switched-on, and proactive with a strong ability to think on their feet. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in car sales, rentals, or a related field is an advantage.
