SINOMA INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING CO., LTD. — VACANCIES CNBM Group | Commercial Concrete Batching Plant Operations Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. (subsidiary of CNBM and sister engineering company of Lusaka Sinoma Cement Plant / Mpande Limestone Ltd) is recruiting qualified and experienced Mechanical Repairers for its Batch Plant operations in Chingola, Copperbelt. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial concrete batching plant equipment. Maintain conveyors, mixing drums, pneumatic systems, hydraulic mechanisms, pumps, and gearboxes. Carry out routine scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize plant downtime. Adhere strictly to workplace occupational safety, health, and environmental guidelines. Terms of Employment: Location: Chingola, Copperbelt, Zambia Probation Period: 3 months Probationary Pay: ZMW 70 per day Lunch & Transport Allowance: Not provided during probation Candidate Profile: Certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Machining, Industrial Plant Mechanics, or related discipline. Hands-on experience in mechanical repairs, plant maintenance, or batch plant machinery. Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a busy plant environment.
