Position: After-Sales Service Specialist (02)

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Manage after-sales support, client retention, account maintenance, and query resolution for toll plaza account holders.
Assist fleet clients and individual cardholders with balance inquiries, card top-ups, statement generation, and portal navigation.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, transponder issues, and toll transaction disputes promptly.
Conduct regular follow-up with corporate clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and account renewal.
Coordinate closely with technical and toll operational teams to improve customer service quality.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, or related field.
Proven background in after-sales service, customer care, or corporate account management.
Exceptional problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills.
High computer literacy and experience working with database and CRM software.
