MUNDUBILE, MAKEBI ARE NOT COMING OUT ANYTIME SOON, SAYS LISWANISO.

United Party for National Development (UPND) National Youth Chairman Gilbert Liswaniso  says Toonse Pamodzi Alliance presidential candidate Brian Mundubile and his running mate, Makebi Zulu, are not coming out anytime soon.

Mr. Liswaniso says both Mr. Mundubile and Mr. Zulu know that they are facing a long time in jail because they are aware that they are guilty.

He says even those who are outside know that their leaders committed a crime, which is why they are not asking for forgiveness.

Mr. Liswaniso recalls that during their time in opposition, when their leader, Hakainde Hichilema, was arrested for treason, they engaged authorities and pleaded for his release instead of insulting and threatening a sitting President.

He says those currently tasked with the responsibility of engaging authorities are instead insulting and threatening the life of President Hichilema.

“I can tell you that Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu are not coming out anytime soon. They know it too, and that is why they are not engaging,” he said.

“Even those outside know that they are in for a long time. They know they committed a crime. That is why, instead of engaging and begging, they resort to insults and threatening the life of the President.”

Mr. Liswaniso was speaking during a live television programme on Prime Television.
