Company: G.Greens Lodge Pub n’ Grill Location: Solwezi, North-Western Province, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome guests, seat patrons, present food and drinks menus, and answer questions regarding menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and transmit them promptly to the kitchen and bar. Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring high standards of guest care and satisfaction. Keep dining tables, chairs, bar areas, and service stations clean, neat, and sanitised at all times. Prepare guest bills accurately and handle payment transactions with integrity. Work cooperatively with fellow service, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Qualifications & Requirements: Full Grade 12 Certificate; a Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality is an advantage. Proven experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a busy restaurant, pub, grill, or lodge. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills. Neat personal grooming, positive attitude, and ability to work on rotating shift hours and weekends. Must have traceable references.
