OASIS ENERGIES — CAREER OPPORTUNITIES 🚛 Position: Tipper Drivers (2 Positions) Oasis Energies is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and safety-conscious individuals to fill 2 vacancies for Tipper Drivers to join our operational fleet in Lusaka, Zambia. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate heavy tipper trucks for transporting construction materials, aggregates, and site materials. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (fluids, brakes, tire pressure, hydraulics). Ensure the safe loading, hauling, and tipping/dumping of materials according to site safety regulations. Maintain accurate vehicle trip logs, fuel consumption records, and report any mechanical defects promptly. Comply strictly with road traffic safety regulations and company occupational health and safety standards. Key Requirements: Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence (Class CE / C) with relevant tipper driving experience. Proven practical experience operating heavy commercial tipper dump trucks. Clean driving record with no criminal history. Strong technical and practical driving skills relevant to the role. Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision. High levels of professionalism, responsibility, and unwavering commitment to safety.
