Position: Theatre Nurse Coptic Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and dedicated professionals for the position of Theatre Nurse (full time). Required Experience: Minimum of 10 years Key Responsibilities Prepare the operating theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures. Provide quality nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery. Assist surgeons and other members of the surgical team during operations. Maintain strict sterile techniques and infection prevention and control standards. Ensure the proper handling, sterilization, and availability of surgical instruments and equipment. Monitor patient safety and ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and theatre documentation. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Advanced Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing from a recognized institution is required. A BSc will be an added advantage. Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant nursing regulatory authority. ZAQA Verification of all qualifications. At least 10 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in an operating theatre. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of patient care.
