Position: Station Manager | Locations: Mazabuka, Kafue, Senga Hill, Chembe Lake Oil Group (Lake Petroleum Zambia) is inviting qualified, energetic, and experienced individuals to join our retail petroleum network as Station Managers across our service stations in Mazabuka, Kafue, Senga Hill, and Chembe. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and promote high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Supervise, train, mentor, and manage forecourt staff performance, work shifts, schedules, and professional development. Oversee daily service station operations, ensuring efficient customer service, adequate fuel stock, pump equipment functionality, forecourt cleanliness, and safety. Drive retail fuel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) sales volumes while managing cash flows, banking, transaction reconciliation, operational costs, loss control, and financial reporting. Ensure full compliance with industry Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) regulations, particularly regarding petroleum products and LPG storage/handling. Manage station inventory through regular dipping, stock checks, product reconciliations, and effective loss-prevention controls. Maintain accurate operational, sales, inventory, daily payments, and financial accounting records, reporting any discrepancies or irregularities immediately. Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Operations, or a closely related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory or operational experience in retail sales or service station operations within the oil and gas industry or FMCG sector. Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and team management skills. Sound understanding of cash management, inventory control, and retail forecourt safety standards. High level of integrity, self-motivation, and accountability.
