Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete daily operations, profitability, and customer service standards of the Mwinilunga butchery outlet.
Lead, supervise, and mentor outlet staff including cashiers, blockmen, and support team members.
Manage meat inventory, daily orders, stock rotation, wastage control, and cold chain integrity.
Ensure strict compliance with health, food safety, meat hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Drive sales targets, track revenue, handle customer feedback, and maintain daily banking reconciliations.




Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
Proven management or supervisory experience in retail, supermarket butchery, or FMCG outlets.
Strong leadership, organizational, and inventory management skills.
High integrity, excellent customer relation skills, and numeracy proficiency.
