Duty Stations: Lusaka and Ndola, Zambia | Position: Shop Attendants / Cashiers (5 Vacancies)

Henan Filling Station invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, honest, and hardworking individuals to fill 5 vacancies for Shop Attendants / Cashiers at our convenience marts in Lusaka and Ndola.



Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate, certified or verified.
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Accounting is an added advantage.
Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
No criminal record.
Relevant retail or supermarket cashier experience is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honesty, discipline, and high integrity.




Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities:

Basic numeracy, accurate cash-handling, and POS transaction processing skills.
Warmly greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and provide outstanding customer service.
Scan goods, issue receipts, and manage till balances accurately without discrepancies.
Stock store shelves, monitor expiry dates, and maintain store cleanliness and displays.
Perform daily end-of-shift cash reconciliations and report sales summaries.
