Rabmat Security Company in Ndola is urgently looking for 15 disciplined, reliable, and dedicated Security Guards to join its security operations team.
Position: Security Guards (15 Vacancies)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years and above.
Both trained and non-trained applicants are encouraged to apply.
Full comprehensive training will be provided where necessary.
Must be honest, disciplined, sober, and trustworthy.
Must be willing to work flexible hours and shift rotas.
Physically fit with high vigilance and observational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain physical security, access control, and safety of assigned premises and property.
Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
Conduct routine security patrols around designated facilities.
Report any security anomalies, suspicious activities, or emergencies promptly.
