LEVEL FIELD CONSULTING — CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN LUMWANA On behalf of an esteemed client operating in the mining and heavy equipment sector Level Field Consulting, on behalf of one of our esteemed clients operating in the mining and heavy equipment sector, is seeking 2 target-driven and experienced Sales Personnel to drive commercial sales in Lumwana, North-Western Province. Position: Sales Personnel (2 Positions) Company / Agency: Level Field Consulting (on behalf of client) Location: Lumwana, North-Western Province, Zambia Industry: Mining & Heavy Equipment Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining and heavy equipment sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, contractors, and key industrial customers. Promote and sell heavy mining and construction equipment, spare parts, and related maintenance services. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations. Prepare quotations, tenders, commercial proposals, and sales reports. Monitor market trends, customer equipment requirements, and competitor activities. Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active, effective sales pipeline. Support after-sales customer relationship management and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in mining, heavy equipment, construction, or a related industrial sector. Proven experience selling heavy equipment, mining machinery, spare parts, or related technical services. Previous experience dealing with major mining companies such as Barrick, First Quantum (FQM), or similar mining operations is highly desirable. Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to mining sites and client locations.
