Requirements Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Valid driver’s license (preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
