Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage billboard projects from initiation to completion, including site assessments, structural works, installation, and decommissioning. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with design, production, installation, and maintenance teams as well as external contractors and suppliers. Oversee site inspections, technical specifications, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and local authority requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, internal teams, landlords, and regulatory bodies. Ensure quality control of installations and final flighting of advertisements. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and post-project reviews. Support the continuous improvement of project processes and operational efficiency.
