DALI MINING MACHINERY ZAMBIA LTD — MULTIPLE JOB OPPORTUNITIES 🚜⛏️ Position: Project Manager (1 Position) | Location: Kitwe, Copperbelt Dali Mining Machinery Zambia Ltd is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced candidates for the position of Project Manager based in Kitwe. Location: Chingola Road, opposite Epiroc, Kitwe, Copperbelt Province Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Lead, coordinate, and supervise mining machinery assembly, maintenance, refurbishment, and project operations. Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and safety management programs. Liaise with mining clients, contractors, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE) standards and mining regulations. Monitor project performance KPIs, manage risks, and prepare management progress reports. Requirements: Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline. Proven project management experience within mining, heavy machinery, or engineering contracting. Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) where applicable. Silicosis certification or relevant mining medical documentation. Strong leadership, planning, and teamwork skills.
