SPECTRUM CREDIT LTD — WE ARE HIRING! 📢💼 There When You Need Us | Position: Portfolio Manager (Asset Secured – Matero Branch) Spectrum Credit Ltd is seeking an ambitious, target-driven, and experienced Portfolio Manager (Asset Secured) to join our branch team in Matero, Lusaka. Key Responsibilities: Sales Targets & Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new borrowers for asset-secured credit products, driving branch volume growth. Customer Retention & Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting business relationships with clients to foster repeat business and high customer satisfaction. Portfolio Growth & Quality: Manage and expand the branch’s loan portfolio while safeguarding asset quality, low non-performing loans (NPLs), and swift recovery rates. Quality Loan Applications: Thoroughly appraise loan applications, evaluate collateral/asset valuation, and verify documentation integrity. Compliance with Lending Policies: Ensure all loan disbursements strictly adhere to internal underwriting guidelines, statutory lending regulations, and credit policies. Qualifications & Competencies: Full Grade 12 School Certificate. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI). Proven track record in sales, asset-backed lending, and loan portfolio management. Strong analytical, credit risk evaluation, and numerical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
