DMS HR Consultancy is recruiting qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals on behalf of our esteemed Client across various key sectors.

Position: HR Specialist (1 Position)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time



Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction programs, and employment contract documentation.
Administer staff attendance, leave tracking, performance appraisals, and HR records management.
Ensure full organizational compliance with the Zambian Employment Code Act, labour laws, and statutory HR policies.
Support employee grievance handling, industrial relations, and disciplinary procedures.
Facilitate staff training, employee wellness initiatives, and HR policy implementation.




Qualifications & Requirements:

Mandatory: Full Grade 12 Certificate with minimum 5 O-Level Passes (including English).
Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field.
Professional Membership: Valid ZIHRM practicing license.
Experience: 2 – 3 Years in recruitment, labor laws & HR operations.
Strong interpersonal, mediation, and written communication skills.
Sound working knowledge of modern HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office.
