HR & Admin Manager (Local Hire Preferred) Reports to: Business Director Role Summary: Ensures the company’s legal compliance in Zambia and manages all internal administration, personnel, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Employee Relations: Lead the end-to-end recruitment for local positions (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding); manage employment contracts and separation processes; handle labor dispute resolution. Attendance & Policy Enforcement: Oversee daily attendance tracking; verify payroll data against NAPSA (National Pension Scheme Authority) submissions; enforce company dress code and disciplinary policies. Local Training: Organize induction training on company culture, workplace ethics, and local labor regulations (non-technical). Office Administration: Office Supplies: Manage inventory and procurement of stationery, printer cartridges, and pantry items. Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate office equipment maintenance, internet/utility renewals, and company vehicle scheduling. Staff Welfare: Manage staff accommodation, security guard rotations, and general office environment upkeep.
