Rabmat Security Company in Ndola is urgently looking for 4 hardworking, reliable, and disciplined Garden Boys / Groundsmen to join its team.
Position: Garden Boys / Groundsmen (04 Vacancies)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years and above.
Must be hardworking, reliable, and disciplined.
Experience in gardening, landscaping, lawn mowing, or general grounds maintenance will be an added advantage.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake daily lawn care, weeding, pruning, watering, and hedge trimming.
Maintain clean, neat, and beautiful garden surroundings and outdoor premises.
Safe handling, use, and routine cleaning of gardening tools and equipment.
Assist with general outdoor compound upkeep and cleaning duties.
