About the Job:
Lipmar Resources Limited is looking for 3 experienced Front-End Loader operators to join our team at our Mine site in Mumbwa. The primary responsibilities include loading and moving bulk materials, operating safely around other heavy machinery and personnel, and conducting rigorous daily machine inspections.



Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate Front-End Loaders to excavate, load, transfer, and stockpile mined materials, ore, and waste rock.
Conduct thorough pre-operational and post-operational machine inspections (fluid levels, hydraulics, tyres, brakes, alarms, and safety controls) and report defects immediately.
Work in close coordination with dump truck drivers, excavators, plant operators, and ground personnel adhering strictly to site traffic plans.
Ensure maximum operational safety, maintaining strict adherence to mine safety regulations, zero-harm standards, and environmental guidelines.
Maintain clean, orderly, and well-kept equipment cabs and operational zones.




Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of two to three (2–3) years of proven, hands-on experience operating Front-End Loaders, preferably in an open-pit mine, quarry, or heavy civil construction site.
Certification: Valid Front-End Loader Operator Certificate or Licence (must bring original certificate and a clear copy for verification).
Safety Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of heavy machinery safety protocols, daily inspection routines, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
References: Must provide verifiable references from previous employers (including contact names and active phone numbers).




Selection Process & Machine Test:

Screening: We will check your experience, operator certificate, and references by phone before extending an official invitation to the mine site.
Interview: Face-to-face interview on-site at Lipmar Resources Mine Site in Mumbwa.
Practical Machine Test: You will operate a Front-End Loader on site, where our assessors will evaluate your operating precision, machine handling, efficiency, and safety compliance.





⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please Read Carefully
You MUST pass the practical machine test to be employed. An interview alone is not enough. A certificate alone is not enough.
If you fail the practical test, you will not get the job. However, we will still reimburse your round-trip transport fare. Ensure you come with your valid transport receipts or travel tickets.
Travel Arrangement: You will pay your own transport fare to our site first. We will refund your travel fare once you arrive at the site. Keep and present all your tickets or receipts.
