In Support of the Musele Chiefdom Business Association (MCBA) Prospero Limited, in support of the Musele Chiefdom Business Association (MCBA), is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and motivated Finance Intern to support day-to-day finance and administration activities in Kalumbila, North-Western Province. Position: Finance Intern Organization: Prospero Limited (supporting Musele Chiefdom Business Association – MCBA) Location: Kalumbila, North-Western Province, Zambia Experience: No formal work experience required (Entry Level / Internship) Employment Type: Internship Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day bookkeeping, receipting, and processing of financial documentation. Assist in maintaining physical and digital financial records, filing systems, and audit readiness. Assist with petty cash management, invoice verification, and payment processing. Help prepare bank reconciliations and routine financial summaries. Support the MCBA administration team with general office administration and logistical tasks. Adhere strictly to financial policies, accounting standards, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications & Requirements: Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better. Currently pursuing professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA / CA Zambia. Added Advantage: A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Added Advantage: Previous practical exposure or internship experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance. Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Strong numerical and analytical ability.
