G.Greens Lodge Pub n' Grill in Solwezi is inviting applications from skilled, passionate, and experienced Chefs / Grill Cooks to prepare high-quality meals and grilled specialties for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook quality grilled meats, traditional Zambian dishes, pub specialties, and à la carte dishes according to menu recipes.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, temperature, portion sizes, and appealing presentation.
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across all food preparation and cooking stations.
Monitor kitchen inventory, minimize waste, and maintain fresh ingredient rotation (FIFO).
Manage kitchen equipment, grills, and fryers responsibly, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Coordinate efficiently with service staff to deliver hot, fresh orders in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Professional Cookery, or Culinary Arts.
Proven experience working as a Chef or Grill Cook in a busy restaurant, lodge, pub & grill, or hotel.
Strong knowledge of grill techniques, meat preparation, food safety, and kitchen sanitation.
Ability to handle high-volume orders during peak dining and nightlife hours.
Must have traceable references.
