Urgent Hiring: 8x Bus Drivers | Competitive Pay • Immediate Start
ORO Construction Company is urgently looking for 8 experienced, disciplined, and sober Bus Drivers to join our transport operations team based in Ibex Hill, Lusaka. Join our transport crew and help us move our construction personnel and materials safely across Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport construction workers, staff, and crews between designated pickup stations and active construction project sites.
Operate passenger buses (such as Mitsubishi Rosa 25-seater buses) adhering strictly to road safety guidelines.
Perform daily vehicle inspection routines (fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes, emergency equipment).
Keep the bus clean, sanitized, and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Navigate Lusaka routes efficiently, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
Key Requirements:
Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence Class C / CE (with Public Service Vehicle / Passenger endorsement).
3+ Years of verifiable experience driving commercial passenger buses.
Sober, mature, polite, and dependable character.
Thorough knowledge of Lusaka roads, traffic regulations, and alternative transit routes.
Clean driving record with no criminal history.
