Job Description: Bike Rider and Driver Company: Hemsika Security Company Location: Lusaka, Zambia Reports to: Operations Supervisor Job Summary Hemsika Security Company is looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Bike Rider and Driver to support daily operations by transporting guards, documents, equipment, and supplies, and by responding quickly to site needs. Key Responsibilities Ride motorbikes and drive company vehicles safely to client sites, the office, and other assigned locations Deliver guards, uniforms, equipment, documents, and messages on time Support patrol and rapid-response teams when required Carry out daily checks on the bike or vehicle (fuel, tyres, brakes, lights) and report faults immediately Keep accurate logbooks of trips, mileage, and fuel use Keep vehicles and bikes clean and in good working condition Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures Report accidents, incidents, or suspicious activity to the supervisor without delay Requirements Requirements Valid Zambian driving licence (motorcycle and light vehicle classes) Minimum Grade 12 certificate At least 2 years of experience as a rider or driver, preferably in security, logistics, or courier services Good knowledge of Lusaka’s roads and surrounding areas Clean driving record and no criminal record Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage Ability to communicate in English and a local language Key Qualities Honest, punctual, and disciplined Alert and able to stay calm under pressure Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Application email: safozcorporation@gmail.comRequirements
