ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (2 POSITIONS) – LUSAKA AND KITWE The Occupational Health and Safety Institute (OHSI) invites applications for two Accounts Assistant positions. Job Objective: To support receipting, banking and payment processing while maintaining accurate accounting records. Key Duties: • Issue official receipts and maintain accurate receipting records. • Process payments and supporting documents. • Maintain orderly financial files and accounting records. • Consolidate financial records and support report preparation. • Maintain accurate banking records and assist with reconciliations. Requirements: • Full Grade 12 Certificate. • ZICA Diploma or equivalent accounting qualification. • At least three years’ relevant work experience. • Ability to prepare financial reports. • Current membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
