Financial reporting and Analysis (Assist with monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgeting) Complete monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables that include journal entries, cashbook capturing, allocation of invoices, reconciliations, and reports (closing by WD3, one stream input WD4 and supplementary schedules by WD5) Fixed Asset Register Maintenance Cashbook capturing Capturing and allocation of Invoices Submission of Statutory returns (VAT, PAYE) Recording and identifying shortcomings in Internal Controls Foreign currency transactions Assist with audit file preparation and external audit Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary Support Finance Lead and daily operations (adhoc) Banking maintenance – opening of bank accounts, facilities, vehicle finance Manage cashflow – weekly cash forecast and monthly AR report to Treasury Come and share your courage to shine with us!
