DMS HR CONSULTANCY — CAREER OPPORTUNITIES 💰📊 Recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client | Position: Accountant (1 Position) DMS HR Consultancy is recruiting qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals on behalf of our esteemed Client across various key sectors. Position: Accountant (1 Position) Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate financial records, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow forecasting. Prepare timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts. Handle statutory tax compliance, computations, and returns (ZRA PAYE, VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, NAPSA, NHIMA). Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inventory audits, and balance sheet variance analysis. Liaise with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions. Qualifications & Requirements: Mandatory: Full Grade 12 Certificate with minimum 5 O-Level Passes (including English). Education / Certification: Degree in Accounting / Finance / ZICA / ACCA Level 2 / CIMA. Professional Membership: Paid-up ZICA Member with a valid practicing certificate. Experience: 3+ Years in corporate financial management & reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software. High level of professional integrity, confidentiality, and analytical capability.
